If you are here, is because you may have more curiosity about sleeping. Well, it's okay, so I will tell you that our biggest sleep distraction is 24-hour access to internet, crazy but true, right? In fact, the artificial light makes your brain think it should keep working. That's why we need to do some relaxing activities before go bed, like take a hot shower, read a book, draw, etc. 

One interesting natural method to fall asleep is to aromatize the pillow or our bedding with essential oils, flowers or herbs such as eucalyptus, chamomile, orange blossom or hops. These types of aromas can help us reduce nerves, relax and promote sleep. 

We are the only mammals that willingly delay sleep, so control yourself and try to get bed early. Good luck!
